The importance of a quality CRM solution for our community is obvious. Communication with 4.300+ members, management of their demands, organisation of activities and events – this all is a superhuman task without introducing high quality tools.
CSPC agreed on a cooperation with company Atollon. Currently we’re implementing their product called Lagoon according to our needs. We will regularly inform You about the challenges of the implementation process as well as about the solutions, which we used during this process.
